Great location and price, receptionist was helpful

Good location just slightly off the busy road, laundrette down the road and a really good vegetarian restaurant two doors down. No issues here really was just a short trip on Bangkok. Bathroom was kept clean throughout stay

It's my 3rd time staying here. I really like this little chilled Guest House. Superb location, just a stones throw from Khao San road, yet set back from the noise in a quiet alley. Just a very short walk away, you can get public transport to all the transport hubs, including both airports. Everything is so incredibly clean. Cold drinks for sale in the reception. They do breakfast as well. Very nice outdoor sitting areas. Very friendly staff. Good WiFi. I will be back.

The location is very good, close to Khao San Road area, transport links, lots of places to eat and drink, but quiet at night. The owners /staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They also sell food and drinks and have a seating area downstairs. The room was larger than expected for the area, with a large bed, desk and chair, mini fridge and private bathroom. There were opening windows with a fly screen, air-conditioning (which we didn't use) and a large ceiling fan. The bathroom was very large and the shower unit was at the far end. WiFi in the seating area downstairs was good. Stayed for five nights and would definitely stay again

The location was perfect, near to everything, I could get just by walking to several places. I could leave my luggage before and after the check-in so I was able to enjoy the city without it. The receptionists were kind a bit serious but always kind and helpful. They provide the airport transfer service which helped me a lot because the public transport was difficult to find.
